女人貪靚是與生俱來的事,黑眼圈是女人的天敵,所以坊間流傳了不少由女星分享急救黑眼圈的秘方,如敷茶包、青瓜、雞蛋等,究竟是否有用?
註冊中醫師羅淑玲解釋,每種方法都有其一定作用,但使用時則需要注意細節。
林志玲鹽水敷眼袋
林志玲在熱水中加一茶匙鹽,溶解後用化粧棉浸泡鹽水,然後敷在眼袋位置約5至10分鐘,之後再塗上保濕型眼霜。熱敷最佳時間是晚上睡覺前,冷敷最好在早上剛起床後,消腫效果更佳。

醫師點評:中醫認為鹽有「鹹走血、寒勝熱」的特性,可消炎清熱,適合眼睛容易敏感或痕癢不適、眼部血絲較多的人;而熱敷亦有助眼部血液循環、消除水腫、敏感、改善黑眼圈等症狀。
倪晨曦綠茶包敷雙眼
倪晨曦會先將綠茶包浸泡熱水中,放涼後敷上雙眼,大概3分鐘。

醫師點評:紅茶及綠茶含多酚及咖啡因,多酚可以抗氧化及老化,讓皮膚恢復彈性,而咖啡因則有助血管收縮,減少血液瘀積及浮腫。但茶葉含有單寧酸,會刺激皮膚,反而加深色素沉着,因此茶包敷眼並非最理想的方法。

醫師點評:馬鈴薯含有生物鹼,常被誤會是番茄鹼,雖然外敷對人體無害,但對改善黑眼圈幫助不大。
反之,羅醫師建議女士們可選經濟實惠的青瓜片作天然眼膜:「青瓜中的抗壞血酸及咖啡酸可降低眼部周圍的水液滯留,減少眼部水腫。青瓜亦含有木酚素,有助消炎,紓緩眼部過敏反應,同時含有高濃度維他命K,有助減淡黑眼圈,效果不錯。」
